training wieghts evening then next morning?? good idea?
it seems lately work has been killing my gym time
i was just curious if its ok to go to the gym the morning after a heavy evening workout due to the fact that you cant train in the evening again?
is it ok to do or should you really push to train at the same time every day?

id say do it!
just try to change the area of your body you are working for soreness/recovery..
IE.. tonight you worked chest/triceps.. tomorrow morning hit your legs up

ive normally always trained in the morning but now ill have to mix it up a bit.
hopefully it isnt to detrimental to my progress.
