All I do is skullcrushers and close grips twice a week. Have seen some growth and great strength gains from it. Alot of people do pushdowns and kickbacks but I saw almost no strength gains until I switched to my current routine.

Close arm weighted dips. Push your chest way out in front so you don't use it too much.

weighted dips are king. I usually do cable press downs and dumbbell tricep extensions as well.

    my routine...

standing over head tricep curls behind head-4X10

    skull crushers-4X10

    dips 3X10

then rest for 4 days and do a combination with my biceps on a day and leave it at that.

Sraight bar skull crushers bro, not so great on the elbows but **** my tri's blew up and my bench keeps getting higher, try supersetting every other week or so with dips and maybe some behing the head dumbell extensions, or maybe some french presses. Growth is all about isolation of the particular muscle group. Train with good form and as heavy as weight as possible. Good luck and get huge.

    Whatcha gonna do brother......

Weighted dips.....keep your head looking up at all times. I find when I look down I use more chest and when I look up it's all tri's!
