    Post Need some sites!

    Can someone list sites that show you how to do excersises like instructions, pictures and tips?

    i saw ages ago on these forums there was a site with a muscular chart where u click on a body part and it tells u all about it and the workouts and all but i had to format and lost it.

    Bro there are literally 000,s of sited out there that have excercises on them.Buy a good book or magazines like Flex,M&F all have good tips on training exc and the muscles worked.Or join a club and have some 1 2 1 training I think you could really benefit from that sort of instruction

    Go down to a gym and ask the instructor to do a program for you .Thats what they are there for...
