When to have a post workout shake
Because im schedule i do cario in the pm after i lift. should i have a shake after cardio of before right after the weights??

umm perhaps an hour before or during the running time

Definantly after lifting. Maximum protein uptake into muscle occurs immediately to 1 hour after lifting. To maximize your muscle gains drink immediately. Make sure its at least 40 grams of high quality, complete protein.
