How often do you superset?
I find supersetting (same muscle group) to be the best way to get the most out of what I am working out for the day. I like it so much that I want to include a superset in every muscle group everytime I exercise, but I was wondering if this is counterproductive. Are there guidelines on how often to superset a muscle group?
