blood work taken while on cycle

I had an injury, torn muscle, not a tear, actually torn loose. Anyway while chekcing the muscle they did blood work, i am on cycle of test and tren , 6 weeks in on 8 week cycle.
Liver enzyme SGOT (AST) and SGPT (ALT) both came back 2x upper limit, now they want me to get liver ultrasound. My last blood work was a year ago and everything was fine. I have never had blood drawn while on cycle. Has anyone had blood work done while on cycle and were these numbers up?
    Any info appreciated.

How many years have you been training (I mean very serious yrs)?

Have you ever had you liver checked before?

What oral PH's and AAS have you used and for how long?

I have been working out for over 30 years, and using for many of that.
The last blood test was year and a half ago and it was all normal but i was not on any kind of cycle then.

Usually people who have trained hard for years will have abnormal liver enzymes even though nothing is wronge. This is a result of the muscle tissue that is being boken down.T o get a better acurate test result you will need to not lift for 7 days prior to the bloodwork . This information comes from a study that was done at a university.(I cannot remember which it was)

If you drink alchol and take acetaminophen which is found in many pain medications it has been proven that it can destroy the liver.

I really do not drink much, couple of drinks on weekends.
Thanks for your input, I was taking as many as 8 200mg ibuprofen daily for the shoulder pain.
My plan is to wait about 3 months, no ibuprofen and no aas and then do blood work again.
