Bloodwork done on last shot of cycle - help me make sense of it

Endocrinology
TSH (Third Generation): 2.5358 (norm 0.35 - 4.94 mu/L)
Cortisol (random): 349 (norm 46.9 - 1059.01 nmol/L)
Estradiol: 58 (norm 73.4 - 282 pmol/L)
Testosterone (Total): 35.2 (norm 5.76 - 30.43 nmol/l)

Unfortunately don't have my pre-cycle blood work on hand, will post that later, test was around 10 nmol/L and estro was definitely in the normal range.

Cycle:
1-12 test 400mg/week
14-16 100mg clomid
16-18 50mg clomid

1-18 AIFM a couple pumps a day throughout.

so the question I have really is:
Taking the gear I was supposedly taking(400mg/week), should my testosterone be only a little above average?

Regardless of the test being under dosed or not, my estrogen is fairly low. I got this blood done at the end of week 12, so only thing I was taking that would be lowering my estrogen would be AIFM. Good to see that stuff actually works.
