Thyroid blood work
Just got my blood work back, and it showed my TSH level was at 4.53, when the refrence range should be .40 to 4.10. Ive tried cutting more then one with proper diet and and cardio and could never seem to EVER be able to drop below 12 percent body fat, do u guys think i should go to the Doc, and try to get midecine, Will it make a dramatic diffrence in losing body fat.
Thanks Guys

A lot of doctors are revising the range actually to say that over 3.0 is outside. You have hypothyroidism at your level IMHO. I owuld for sure talk to a doc about getting on Armor or at least synthroid .

Yeah definitely try to find an Endocrinologist to asses your actual T3 and T4 levels.
The TSH 3rd gen test is an indicator of these levels, and if it's higher than normal, the reference is usually related to a struggle to produce adequate T3 and T4 hormones. I would try to get on Thyroid Armor as I've heard a lot of good things about the drug. GL and report back!

The Doctor put me on 60mg of Armor (good call Sizerp lol). Hopefully i see a diffrence its been 6 days and im no longer sleepin 12 hours a day and still feeling tired. Its now more around 7 to 8 hours and feeling good. So theres one positive, now lets see how my deit workout and cardio and armor go together. Ill send some of the resutls later on

Thyroid blood work
I thought I might be passing gallstones the other night and went to the ER. They did blood work only and told me blood work was normal.
Can you see if a person has gallstones just thru blood work?
