got bloods back, not good, please advise!

came off 2nd cycle of test e 500mg weekly and decca 400mg weekly for 12 weeks, pct ended 20th june and consisted of clomid, 50,50,50,50 tamox, 20,20,20,20 and exemestane 25,25,25,25 and used hcg on cycle 500i.u weekly.

got bloods done last week and levels are as follows:

Testosterone , Serum testosterone - 5.9nmol/L
Range 8.4-28.7

I asked for LH and FSH but they did not include these! buggers!

Would just like some advice on where to go now, run another pct, get levels done again after that? hcg? advice most welcome, cheers guys

Did you just check your test level, concerning inner glands?

Why did you do a 12 week cycle? "Veterans" and "Senior Members" are posting all over to only do 8 week cycles any more. How much time did you wait before starting your PCT after your last aas administration? Because everyone is apparently doing it wrong according to "Senior Member" Pheedno who has the top posting in PCT that 62000 people have read, but apparently few are following.People are starting their PCT's way too early. PCT according to Pheedno starts after the aas is not active. Here is how long compounds are active:

The active life is the duration of time it takes for the exogenous hormone to be absorbed, utilized, and expelled; no longer being bioavailable. Keep in mind that active life is an approximation which is dependant on dose, ester, as well as the individuals metabolization of the compound ; but for the moderate user, these are as close to precise as you'll find.

Anadrol /Anapolan: 24 hours after last administration
Deca : 21 days after last injection
Dianabol : 24 hours after last administration
Equipoise : 21 days after last injection

Sustanon : 18 days after last injection
Testosterone Cypionate : 18 days after last injection

what???? find one post where I advise only to do an 8 week cycle. find me one thread where a knowledgeable member advises only 8 weeks with a long ester. and how many more times can you paste Phedno's chart? I always advise proper PCT start times. Have you even cycled yet?
