    Blood work is in

    Test Total: 404ng/dL range: 280-800
    Test Free: 7.7pg/mL Range: 9.3-26.5<---ouch!

    Estradiol: 35.5pg/mL Range: 7.6-42.6
    Cortisol: 15ug/dL Range: 2.3-19.4
    IGF-1: 168ng/mL Range: 117-329
    DHEA-S: 273.3ug/dL Range: 160-449
    TSH: 1.800uIU/mL Range: .450-4.500
    T4 (free): 1.63ng/dL Range: .82-1.77
    T3: 118ng/dL Range: 71-180

Well, looks like I found the reason my recovery now from playing basketball is 3 days, why I'm always tired, and why I used to run 5k charity races and now can barely get through 2 miles. 29yrs old. what to do now?

    Stats?

no doc would put you on TRT though, your test total is still good. Your SHBG may be high though..

My total test is good!? For my age group it's the 10th precentile. I'm basically at the test levels of an average 55-60yr old man. A sample size of 354 subjects ages 25-29 the average total test was 669ng/dL far higher than mine with the 95 percentile averaging 1005ng/dL. So presenting a logical argument with scientific data to back up said argument I think the probability is very high. And the fact that my free test wasn't even in range by the labs standard shows there's an issue somewhere.
