Testosterone Level after PCT

I'm 48, was on Vicodin for a back issue and had a testosterone level of 121. I started HRT, but it quickly turned into a cycle. So, first cycle 750 test a week and 350 deca a week for 16 weeks. I did HCG during my cycle to keep my nuts up to size. I did PCT with nolva for 6 week, after waiting 30 days for the everything to get out of my system. After two week off PCT, I got tested and came back with a 919 test level. I'm not on any pain meds now, so that may be helping, but that sure seems kinda high to me... Any thoughts??

im confused
1st you said you waited 30 days after you stopped the nolva efore getting your blood tested
but you also say that 2 weeks after pct, you got tested

why pct if your on trt, 2 after pct is too soon to get blood work done the pct meds will actually spike your test levels. did you start you trt dose of test after this cycle? and when?
