    Blood Test Results - Help!

I finished a 10 week cycle of 500 mg (I'm 26 y/o). Test E back in early December. Took two weeks off, and then started a 5 week PCT of Nolvadex at 40-40-20-20-10. After PCT, I maintained my weight for around 12 weeks keeping most of the strength on my lifts. After those 12 weeks, I started a diet which lasted 19 weeks, and it seemed like I lost a ton of muscle mass. Oddly enough, it didn't really seem like I lost all that much strength. I assume it had more to do with an extreme deficit of around 1,000 calories (I put on way too much weight during my cycle). I have now started bulking in a small surplus, and I finally got around to getting blood work done. I know - dumb for not getting it checked before.

    Testosterone - 540 (normal range is 348-1197)
Free Testosterone - 11 (normal range is 9.3-26.5)

The biggest abnormal test that came back was my TSH was 12.02 (normal is 0.36-5.3). That's a huge problem, obviously, but I'm not really sure if that has anything to do with my free testosterone level being so low. I had more blood taken today to recheck that.

I feel that the 540 testosterone level is "average," but I think that my free testosterone level is very low even though it's considered in the norm. Everything I have read says that the free testosterone level should be in the upper 3/4 of the top number, which would put mine around 21.

I have felt a bit tired, but nothing that's incredibly bad. I also feel like my "loads" aren't anywhere near as big as they once were pre-cycle (no homo). Also it comes out out slightly more watery, which could be a low sperm count?

I would much appreciate any advice that anyone would have. Would it be possible that I could still be recovering since I've only been off for around 7-8 months, and some people take up to a year to fully recover? Could the extreme dieting for 19 weeks of played a factor in it being so low?

Curious if you took an AI/HCG on cycle and why no clomid in your PCT? Anyway...

Try Lecithin @3600mg to 4800mg daily and see if that increases your ejaculate volume. You can get it over the counter.

A major and instant change in diet will affect all kinds of blood work results.

Did you get your lipids checked? TSH is certainly hight!

Thanks for the response! Yes, I took around .35 mg Adex EOD (started around .25 mg but noticed signs of gyno so upped the dosage). Honestly, I should have probably included that; a friend at the time who had experience helped me with the cycle, and he said that he recovered just fine with Nolvadex alone and that Clomid made him and others feel very depressed/moody. From what I read, a lot of that seemed true, so I just went with his advice.

I'll look into the Lecithin. My fats were quite low on my diet (~.3x my lean body weight), and they're now up to around .4-.45x my lean body weight, so I guess that could have had an affect.

I did not have lipids checked at the time, but I think they will be in the one I did today to make sure the TSH was actually really that high and not some false reading. I believe that's more hereditary though since my family has a history of thyroid issues. Medication can always take care of that although I'd have to be on it for life; I'd just really like to figure out why my free testosterone is so low. Could it also be possible that my estrogen levels are so low that it's affecting my free test levels? I may want to get that checked as well if so.

Cholesterol Total - 160 (normal range is 100-199)
    HDL Cholesterol-Direct - 33 (normal range 30-70)
    Triglycerides - 103 (normal range is 40-160)
    LDL Cholesterol-Direct - 106 (normal range is 0-99) <<Bit high.

Anyone else have any input on why my free test is so low? Could it be the possible hyperthyroidism?
