I have tried dozens of diets and workouts but i cannot gain muscle, i just will gain fat. My body fat is 6%.

muscle fatigue
no energy
bad erections
constantly tired
joint pain
loss of height
no facial hair
difficulty concentrating
Cortisol AM 23.4 (1.1-27.2 ug/dl)
Estrogen Total 52 (130 or less pg/ml)
FSH 4.8 (1.5-12.4 mIU/ml)
LH 7.1 (1.7-8.6 mIU/ml)
Cholesterol 121 (less than 170 mg/dl)
Triglyceride 45 (less than 150 mg/dl)
HDL 45 ( less than 39 mg/dl)
LDL 67 (less than 110 mg/dl)
Prolactin 17.5 (no range given)
SHBG 25 (10-50 nmol/l)
T3 3.8 (2.0-4.8 pg/ml)
T4 1.5 (.8-1.7 ng/ml)
Testosterone Total 495 (250-1100 ng/ml)
Testosterone Free 113.9 (35.0-155.0 pg/ml)
TSH 4.59 (.3-4.0 mU/l)
Your estradiol, the most abundant form of Estrogen, reading is just as important as your testosterone reading. The normal range is usually 13-54 pg/ml, but what is really critical is the ratio of testosterone to estrogen. Young males have ratios of 30, 40, 50, etc. You could have a healthy total testosterone reading of 500, but if your estrogen is 50, you are probably going to be struggling. Read this link on Estrogen to understand why. ( I got this from a low testosterone website for young men but i cant post link because i am new to forum )
I mention to the endocrinologist about my estrogen and he said it doesnt matter because the scale says it is fine. But he put me on thyroid pastilles to take because i have an underactive thyroid. I havent taken any yet, waiting to see another doctor first.

Well, first your estrogen test is not a sensitive assay therefore it relates to women and really is of no use to men. It must be a sensitive assay
FSH & LH are fine.
TSH level is way high. More accurate level is .3 - 3.0 not what's on your range. High tsh will suppress t4 and lead to a cascade of problems. Your T4 is not bad though. You need more thyroid testing done asap. Re-do what you have adding in FT3, FT4, RT3 and antibodies. You very well could be borderline hypothyroid which will give the same sides as low T.
Need to know your range for prolactin. Again, high prolactin can crush your Test.
Unfortunately most endo's know diabetes and metabolic diseases, not hormones. It's a common misconception. You need more testing done and a more competent doctor quite honestly. Read the Finding a Doc sticky thread in the HRT forum as it has examples of BW to obtain.
Let us know how it goes please. I see your on-line but I'm bailing out for the night but will check back asap.
