ID:	136370Just wanted to say long time lurker and lots of great info here. In short I just had some blood work done for work/my insurance and got less than desirable results. They did not directly test for test levels however my hdl did come back low.

I completed my first cycle 15 weeks ago details below:
    10 weeks at 400mg 1x per week test c
    2 weeks of 500 1x per week
    10 days off
14 days stagerd dosing clomid for pct

Here is the catch, I did not do the blood work fasting as requested and this may have had some effect on the results. Additionally this will alter my insurance premiums.

Having started to feel better i started a new cycle the afternoon after the blood was drawn 2 days ago and i took 250mg test c so my concern is should i stop taking and go have the blood work retaken fasting immediately or wait a few days/weeks.

Any advice here? Should I redo the blood test fasting tomorrow is that safe after my first pin or should I take a week off and go or just continue on schedule and pin again tomorrow night?

You dont have your test levels or E2?
Your other numbers are not to terribly bad but I'm surprised your liver functions are not normalized since it's been 15 weeks. Did you drink alcohol a day or two before the test?

Cholesteral is hit and miss. Personally I dont think they tell you to fast properly. Most doctors say dont eat or drink but this should not include water. If you don't drink water it wont flush your system properly and your numbers can be high/low/off.

Personally I would get a test done that includes your Test levels and E2 before and during cycle.

Looks like you have been giving blood and taking your Fish Oil as your Total Cholesterol looks great and your Hematocrit, RBC and Hemaglobin are normal ranges. I agree, your numbers are not that bad. I believe the eating ****ed up your HDL numbers but am just guessing. I would fast and have it retaken before the blood numbers start to rise from your current pin or make sure you give blood before you go again so you know they are going to stay there.

Also, I have a friend who is a hematologist and knows I use AAS. He recently looked at my labs and told me I need to take Alga DHA (you can get it at Walmart and it is made of algae) which will help bring your HDL numbers where they are supposed to be. I have added this to my cycle along with my Fish Oil and Liver support.

Good luck. Wish my numbers looked as good as yours.

You are welcome. My Dr. friend is a hematologist (blood specialist) so he knows that stuff and is the one who recommended it to help keep your cholesterol in check.
