Your total and free test level is horrible.
Need to see LH, FSH, prolactin, cortisol, full thyroid panel.
Take a look in the HRT Forum at the Finding A Doc Sticky for good BW and either pull it all or what you did not get.
Not enough there to evaluate effectively and make any kind of determination.
There's always a reason test is low. You need to find it and try to fix it before you band aid it.

    Thanks.
How come I don't really have any signs of it. Just that its hard to build muscle.
You say there is always a reason for being low? Where do I need to look? Thanks for all your help.

Because it can basically sneak up on us and we adapt to it. I was at a 59 T level (tumor) and did not know it. Still hammering away at the weights and thinking I was mostly fine.

You need to look into that list of blood work in the other forum. Low T can be caused by Hypothyroidism, elevated cortisol or prolactin, pathologies, trauma or testicular issues. Or a combination thereof...

How old are you? Have you cycled or used prohormones recentely?

    28. No never have. Only thing I have taken close to that was the (Tren )(It was by some company that got shut down you could by it at Max Muscle) Never have taken AAS tho. I mean I know I got low T also have really Low Free T. Just don't know why or where to start looking. This blood work was done by pain doc. For RA. She called in some Androgel to take. Haven't took it yet BC I go back to her on Thur of next week. She isn't a TRT or HRT doc. And she said to start taking that. Should I ask her yo send me to one? I know you said j need other blood work done. I just can't go in there and say I need this this and that. Is it called anything like complete BW panel or anything? Huge thanks again for the help. What does ur Free T do anyways?

I will try to make it short:
Free T is the part of the testosterone that is active and can bind to receptors e.g. at the surface of the musclecells and create a cascade of steps that will lead to increase musclemass and strength. Most of the testosterone is binded to SHBG and also to albumin in the blood(lets say that they are in a "prison" or inactive, and then the test can "break free" from SHBG and albumin, and be active, e.g. have a muscle building property.
Sorry for any misspelling, and good luck, and be safe
