blood levels are "normal", so why do I feel so fatigued?
I had posted this in the AAS section, but I guess this is the correct area hopefully? I've just been really worn out. Easily falling asleep sitting up and just at times I don't normally. Can anyone spot anything on my bloodwork that looks off? I'm currently taking 10,000 iu's of D3 a day since my last blood test was very low. My free test was also much higher than it is now when I was only on 5,000 iu's of D3 a day. It was up to 17.5 and as you can see has fallen quite a bit off of that.
Would you all mind looking over these numbers? I take 10,000 iu's a day of vitamin D3 because it was low when my last test showed I was low. My free test was also higher the last time that I got my tests done.
I'm on no gear, just multivitamin, fish oil, joint supplement and the D3.

I have been thinking about it and I just don't understand how I could go from taking 5,000 iu's and free test going up to 17.5 from low 11's and then my last test saying my vitamin D is low and them prescribing me 50k iu's twice a week... to expensive, so I just take the 10k iu's 7 days a week and now it's 11.2 again and I was feeling good when the free test was up.
Now at the same time my last 3 blood tests have shown increases in my total test which was 630-650 range, and now up to 877. This makes no sense.

HCG ? I'm not taking any of that. I'm not on any sort of gear... do I need to be on it?

one of the observations I have about this board and the discussions on it, are this
it seems that if there is something wrong with someone, because this is a steroid BB, then the solution is steroid/hormone related.
there are many reasons why. doesn't have to be hormone/blood related.

Ok all, I had a few questions after reading my tests over. At 70,000 iu's of D3 a week, my level is whopping 36 on the "normal" scale of 30-100, so I emailed my Dr. to ask if I could go up 10,000 more a week and then until my free test came back up higher. I feel irritated, depressed, violent... basically all of symptoms of both low free test (for me) and low D3.
Is there a dangerous level of D3? I haven't really found anything that says there is within reason of course.
What puzzles me is how it got lower again. I took 5,000 iu's a day and that boosted my levels up... felt great. I ride my recumbent bike for no less than an hour 4 times a week. I do private Muay Thai lessons twice a week for an hour which is a great workout. Can't do any real weight work because of some injuries, but I do multiple sets of push ups every few days to get the total number around 200 or 250 for that day... enough that it makes me sore. Diet isn't the best, but I'm no more than 13% bf. I do have a cheat day that I eat way to much junk.. but have always had that... though I am getting tired of the same kind of foods and that really... I don't feel very good the next day either. I eat about 3 lbs of blueberries a week, take opti-men as a multi, 6 grams of fish oil daily, the D3, and flexacil for my joints (which has worked absolutely great btw!

Dear boxingfan30
In general your bloodwork looks good, but I am surprised that your d-vit-levels are not higher. I would not recommend taking more than 5000 IU ED, more than that could be toxic if you do it for a long period of time. Vit-D is a lipophilic vit, just like vit, A, E and K, and to much is not healthy. Maybe there is another reason why are feeling fatigued? E.g. sleep-apnea, like if you snore, or never feel energized even after a long peaceful sleep? Maybe this is just stupid of me, but think about it. There are so many reasons for feeling tired, and some are physical and some are mental. Hope that you can figure it out
