How do I go about getting my blood work done I live in NW Ohio

You could always go to your doc and request a full physical and BW. There's an example of BW to obtain at the top of the HRT Forum in the Finding A Doc sticky thread.
If that doesn't work take a look at private md labs .com. No prescription is needed and normal labs (labcorp) are used.
Check the AAS Q & A forum and in the sticky thread by Austinite is his "Successful First Cycle" one. In that is a link to the site as well as recommendations on what to order put together by DocD.
