Blood work results- estradiol too high?

[Synhax]

Mid-cycle blood work- here are the results for estradiol and total testosterone :

Estradiol- 647pmol/L
Total testosterone- 53.12 nmol/l

Is my estradiol way too high? Paper says normal range should be below 206, its 3 times higher than normal. I was taking 0.25mg arimidex eod at the time, and bumped it up to 0.5mg eod. Really hard to keep track of estrogen level, should I increase to 1mg eod? I have one week left on my cycle.

ps is there anything else I should post here to get some feedback on that might be affected by the cycle?

ranges would help! if my conversion is correct that's like 176pg/ml, and yes way too high!
