marcus300: Hello Ghetto, I've been looking forward to getting know more about you. Lets first start with standard ones - where do you live and how do you like living there?
ghettoboyd: I live in the state of Maine in the USA...I love being here now but as a kid I couldn't wait to get out of here, I couldn't appreciate it for what it was...I realize now that I am older it is a privilege to be here and see things everyday that some people may never get to see or pay money to experience...it is a beautiful state...

marcus300: What are your current stats and what would you like your stats to look like?
ghettoboyd:i am a very solid 195 at is say 12% ish...I would like to break and stay at 200-215 lean...with all the mountain biking I do it gets hard to get above 200...but I am an endurance "athleate" as much as a bber so I am fine with it...

marcus300: What's your training style?
ghettoboyd: i would love to tell you HIT but as you know i am more of a volume guy...a lot of strait sets always taking the last sets to failure...i mix it up a lot as far a exercise sequence and different angles and such to keep it from getting boring...i have a training partner that pushes me to the limit daily i am lucky to have someone as passionate about training as i am...

marcus300: What was your life like growing up?
ghettoboyd: life was good growing up...we where poor but we didn't know it because our mother who was single gave us a life of love and opportunity and life was pretty fun here in Maine...this was a time before video games so we had to settle for actual reality activities like baseball, basketball bmx racing, camping and yes marcus even fishing ugg...really life was pretty sweet back then

marcus300: We have all experienced bad and good times in our life's, what have been the lowest times you have experienced and also the happiest ones?
