    Meet Jay and Ronnie last night

    anyone else go to the Bev Francis Atlantic States Bodybuilding competition last night?

    got word that Jay and Ronnie were both guest posing earlier in the day so i made sure i was there.............

    Both are extremely nice guys.........they took every picture and signed every autograph..........were great to their fans........saw them even having to deal with all the little girls like "oh my god, Ronnie......how much do you weight?!?!"...and all the guys like "yo, Jay.......do many sets do i do for this?, what do i eat after i work out?, what should i take for this?....blah blah blah......they answered every question...............

    just seeing how nice these guys really are, made me apprectice this sport that much more..........

    and seeing these guys in person and standing next to them is like nothing you can even imagine........the magazines and pictures just don't do them justice compared to the real thing

    they actually are pretty good friends.........first Jay came out then Ronnie........then they both came out together.........walked out into the aisles, standing on chairs, high-fiving everyone......auidance was going crazy......
