Start making comments about other women and their weight. Something like you know if that chick didn't have that gut she would be cute. Maybe see someone and say I can't believe they let their selves go so bad. Little hints that don't refer to her. I know it sounds bad but it works. My wife is now in the gym after the baby because she does not want to let her self go. Her words not mine.
