Sleeping Aids
Do any of you take them will "on" to help with insomnia and such. I was going to start taking some when I start fina.

Melatonin just doesn't seem to work for me.

Handfull o' Valerian root, 5-10g GABA(really wish LR would have been around a few more months), 2.5mg benadryl. Goodnight.

just like right now....i'm not sleeping....if i really can't sleep i take tylenol pm, but i make sure i don't have to be up early, bc i'm gonna be drooling an hour after i take em and wake up groggy as a mofo.

Atarax(hydroxizin) works pretty similar to propavan but not quite as good. Same properties as propavan
you could also give any anti histamin a try. They usualy help you fall asleep.
