Help Figuring Out A Movie Name

Trying to remember the name of this movie for like a week now and I can't so hopefully one of you guys can. Movie takes place in a run down gas station and motel where there is a handful of people. They start getting killed off and it turns out in the end that the movie actually took place in a crazy guy's head and the people getting killed off where his multiple personalities. Movie ends with the crazy guy in the back of a police as it is pulling away. Thats the best description I can give from memory.

identity with john cusak and a bunch of other jackals. usually having the answer to something like this brings me heavy gratification, but that movie sucked ass.

Sucked ass?
That movie was the sh*t...it was like none of the other cookie cutter sh*t movies out there. The ending you could not see until like 3/4 of the way through unlike those normal movies you know after 10 minutes.
