Ab wheel
Any of you guys try these things? My roomate got one without springs in it, and the thing's pretty intense... like 20 reps and my abs kill like no other the next day.
Consider me your guinnea pig. I have abs, but i'm taking before and afters.. i'm just giong to do the ab wheel, twice a week.. in about a month we'll see if there's a difference.

Yea dude, they work good as crap. Especially the real one, not the pussy ones. YOu got a real one, that thing will tear you up. Try goin out to the sides and stuff when you extend. Amazing burn to the obliques.

i felt a little pain in my mid back the first time i used it, but i think that had more to do with form. the last two times i've used it no pain. The best thing is that it's done in like 10 minutes.. then i'm sore for days.
