I keep getting a weird bulging cramp in my upper left abdominal.
Everytime I go to do a full sit up or decline sit up i get a bulging cramp in upper left ab muscle. It doesn't hurt and the cramp usually dies down/goes away after about 30 seconds. However I have no idea why this is happening? It doesn't hurt at all though. Any ideas guys? Any input is appreciated, thanks.

Some input I've gotten is that its a clen after effect. Been suggested to take a week off abs, up water intake and take some potassium.

The thing that makes me think its not a hernia is the fact that it doesn't hurt at all...

I get that on high doses of clen and t3. I'll literally double over and get stuck.
