ewww protein residue

so i was just washing my dishes, which consists of protein cups and my blender, and i had to throw one away cause it was putrid.....i wasn't sure it was coming from a cup and then i smelled it and i gagged.......i was so close to throwing up it's not even funny, smelled worse than a dead animal

haha i made the mistake to leave one in my car last summer! o man it wasn't THAT bad in the car just a lil rotten smelling, but when i got inside my house and twisted off the top..HOLY SHYT!! Gross i was dry heaving it was soo bad, now i always at least rinse them and leave some water in it after i'm done everytime

I was thinking of making a thread about this the other day,I take two shakes to work then sometimes they sit in sink for a day, then my girl pops them open and the gaging begins, she gets so pissed off, but falls for it everytime.

yeah i know wot u mean, iv left some for so long its gone brown and stunk out the kitchen for 3 or 4 days. worst thing ever, so many shaker cups have gone in the bin coz i cudnt handle opening them after sitting about for a few days!
