Horrible last month and a half. :(
The last month in a half has been horrible for me.
- I just turned 23 and found out that my dad who has raised me my entire life is not my biological father.
- I found out today my grandfather has cancer.
- Me and the girlfriend for a year split up due to the fact that I have a problem drinking and I can never be faithful.
- The most recent girl I have been talking to hates me due to my over drinking and she may be pregnant.
- I love strippers and they love my money.
- My weight training has not been going well at all.
- The only thing I have going for me is that I have a great job but I work offshore and I am only home one week a month.
Hope stuff is better next month.

Maybe my opinion is he is using Alcohol as a crutch. - Because it's definately not an excuse...

anyway, dude seems like the alcohol is the source for ur problems
the liquor makes u feel better when life turns shitty but in reality ur only movin the problem instead of dealin wit it (them).
as far as ur dad, damn that gotta be hard findin out he's not ur biological dad.
ur grandpa, be there for him n support him.
i been to stripclubs too, they only want ur $ like u said. they'll say ur cute this n that but it comes down to one thing, $$$.
really try to quit the drinkin...
and remember after a dark night theres a bright day.. keep ur head up

dude everyone goes through f' ed up shit..
you just need to learn how to cope in CONSTRUCTIVE ways, not DESTRUCTIVE ways, everything your doing is in fact a way of coping, problem is DESTRUCTIVE coping only leads to more DESTRUCTION in your life.
And about the whole quitting drinking bid..
I had a problem drinking in highschool, I LIKED IT
Got in the club scene, got serious habit with x and speed
failed outta school, o.d. ed, got fired, split up with my girl, grandmother died, got into a serious fight with my bro cuz he was trying to smack some sense into me, got arrested and sentenced to 7 yr's in prison. All within 9 months. Mizfit put #1 QUIT DRINKING.
Im not sure how much your drinking but it sounds like everything else you listed is a side-effect of the drinking, but the drinking is a side-effect of something you didnt list. And unless you figure out what that is its going to be real hard to get past. jomo.

things will look up.dont let your problems make you drink more.

tone down the drinking to just weekends. i was a daily trashed college guy for a long time and manage to drink just on friday nights now.
you can go to strip clubs without spending money and having a good time.
if youre not faithful to your girl that means you really dont care for her that much and looking for something better.
