The experience of coming back after a layoff

I took off for about a month and I have to say, it's rough when you starting again. It's depressing and somewhat amazing to see how much strength you lose. My elbows kind of have this joint pain/soreness that I expect is the result of the heavy training from my last cycle. I'm considering throwing some deca in my next cycle in november for my offseason test e/dbol /deca stack. The enjoyment for training is not like it was but I know that it will start to flow again and good times will be had by all!

I know what it's like. About 12 years ago I got salmonella poisoning, I lost 3 stone (42 pounds) in two weeks. It was a couple of months before I could get back in the gym. I was gutted at the weight and strength loss and to top it off, I was too eager to pile the plates back on and I tore a muscle which took months to heal.
