I have two close friends whom are amature bodybuilders that have biceps just like the picture Tennis_God posted... did you have a question regarding them, or just asking who has them?

I have split biceps but i believe it has to do with bf%. It seems that if i ever get too much body fat i cannot see too much of a split. But if i keep to a reg. of under 10% I have no problem ever seeing a split in the bicep. Then again it could be genetics.

I was asking who has them because I know it's pretty rare.

Splits in the bis used to be common but as site injections and synthol have hit mainstream bodybuilding, A good clear symetirical split is hard to find, now they are just huge and often unsymetrical.

OH yeah and I'm not sure why they call them (BI)ceps, does it have something to do with our sexuality.
