    the sound of rattaling plates

    been taking my grandson to high school football workouts. the weight room is a big metal building, all squat racks and free weights. about 10 boys lift at the same time......all power movements, and they aint playing. the sounds that come out of there! freaking hardcore

    I miss that sound, the gyms I have worked out at lately all have rubber coated plates.
