Anyone else hate eating?
I'm sitting here staring at tubberware container of dry tuna and some brocoli. And the conclusion that I came to is that I HATE eating any more, lol.

That's why occasional cheating is so important for us mere non-competing mortals. I'm always hungry for oysters and ice cream. Preferably not together.

just look at food for what it is building muscle,,,fu** how it good it is but how good it is for you....it like taking a shot of tequila....slam it down and enjoy what it does for ya...my two cents..

We've all been there bro, but you have to remember that discipline is key to your bodybuilding success. As mentioned, down the tuna with water, it helps!

dude....I ****ing love eating. chicken and rice are like oxygen to me. seriously, my bodies craves food like it craves oxygen.
I promise you, the secret is to make it taste good. I do a stirfry every day of my life and never get sick of it. I know the right combinations of everything to give it tits texture and moistness.
NOt only that, if you are doing the right things to pimp out your metabolism, I dont think your body is going to know the difference between carbohydrates coming from brown rice vs white rice vs ice cream vs waffles etc etc. like I said, do the right things, and insulin will be your pal, not the fat accumulating bastard everyone makes it out to be.
but then again, genetics.
