Sunday Funday Leg Day
I need to go do legs but I'm feeling lazy. Someone call me a ***** or something to get me off my ass.

Today was my leg day...I skipped it
I also skipped shoulders because I am developing tendonitis in my shoulder so I gotta take it easy.

I hit chest hard last week and f*cked up my shoulder...... still did shoulders that week and f*cked it up more LOL..... couldn't raise my arm past shoulder height all weekend LOL
don't know why im laughing..... it's not funny haha

honestly....if you are feeling off. Take the the day off. GO do some low intensity cardio, put the headphones on....and take the day to recover. If you are feeling off, it might be because your body needs some recovery.
only you, which comes with experience, can know if you should suck it up and get R done, or relax, refuel, and get it tomarrow.
If you are not 100 percent in the gym, and you know you cant have peak strength and attitude today....you are not doing yourself any good.
Taking the day off doesnt mean your weak....it means you are smart and are listening to your body.
