Taxachusetts
I was born in mass.Thinking of moving to Texas. To many liberal socialists here for me. I like freedom, low taxes, and "GUNS".I'll be 44 this month.I was thinking Austin. My wife hates it here also.Does anyone know what part of Austin to rent in???I don't want to live in the city.A 20 mile commute each way is fine.I just don't know where to look.Don't want to move into a shitty place.Feedback welcome.Thanxs Titanium

Hey bro HD is from around that area and should be on later I am sure he will give you a heads up on what to watch out for....
-
I can't get my firearms collection through customs.(I'm serious).I have quite a cache of such items.I believe in the Constitution of the United States. And hate any infringement into it.
-
Cool! I'm at work typing this.Maybe HD has the skinny on what I need to know.

lol, its sooooo hot here. Your crazy!
-
But then again, the humidity is higher here in houston.
I walk outside and start sweating. Hate it...
-
As far as atx goes, I don't know the area too well. When I go, its just downtown with 6th street and all.
-
I started in 1994, or there abouts.I could engage in a small war.Which , by the way, under the new administration.may happen. This country is doing exactly what I predicted.Sometimes I hate being right. This administration is so far left, it's bordering Communism.
-
I love the heat.I raced in bicycling in the eighties. And I could train it 100+ degree weather. No problem. You would never guess I was born in the northeast.Except for the Boston accent.

I'm a HUGE GUN NUT myself and from the Massachusetts as well. God, this frigen state sucks ass!!! I'm glad they have the Mass Compliant guns though because we should only be allowed to purchase certain handguns... Luckily, there are a few loopholes to get what I truly want. Good luck getting out of this sucky ass state!!!

Yea but if your moving to Texas to live at any of those places you might as well not even move to Tx
-
O.K. You are supposed to let the ATF know that you moved. But, I don't keep all my firearms at home.
Second, So what parts of Texas do you all agree, that someone, of my political thinking, would move to?And I F**CKING love isolation. So, I hate the hussle and bussle of cities.I don't want to live in Austin, just rent somewhere on the outskirts of Austin.Like, I'm 25 miles from Boston.I hate it here.....
-
What about New Hampshire?
Isn't that the most libertarian state?
-
Provo, UT or Colorado Springs, CO....

I would say if your moving just because of your political thinking then your moving for the wrong reasons ;p Texas is Texas....its not for everyone believe u me
-
N.H._It got all f*cked up because the massholes that f*cked up this state, moved over the boarder. They didn't want to pay all the taxes and obey all the laws they voted on here......They are like a cancer or something. If Texas is out, then I'll move somewhere else. This country is all screwed up.I just want to go to work, shoot my guns, do my cycles, and be left alone....

I live in New Hampshire and I avoid Mass as much as possible. And the taxes there are only going to get worse with all the plans Duvall Patrick has in mind.
