Ok so this is the place where you stand around naked with a bunch of men and have man talk. None of the girly name calling and gossip, just kickin it like men do when the estrogen is checked at the door.

I will kick it off.

Planning on going to the UFC 100 in Vegas, anyone else in? I am a little concerned cause I just got my jins in and I am starting my course in the morning and will let up for a few days while in Vegas. Will miss three days. Shouldn't be that big of a deal though.

I am on igf and will start my tren and test back up first week of August. Kick it with some anapolan.

It has been record heat for days. It got to like 107 today. I am going to Splashtown tomorrow though with my little girl. It is supposed to be milder, 98!

My 6 year old turns 7 in a few days and she will be going to her Moms for the summer ( I have full custody so she only gets visitation) and she wanted to do something for her bday before she goes. So we will splash around then go to the mall. We ahd a blast at Sea World 2 weeks ago!

THanks. I was soo friggin choked up the other day when unprovoked she turned to me and said "Daddy, you know what I like about you?" "what?" "you always open my doors for me when I get in the car or we are going in somewhere, and I really like that. It makes me feel special"

It was all I could do man, not to cry like a baby. I summoned all of my strength and looked her in the eyes and said "sweetie, when a man cares about you he will make you feel that way be doing things just like that all the time."

I guess I needed to share that with someone so there.

Sounds special man, seriously.It's true though, the things that are special about parents is the stupid little things like,we have some wild raspberys growing in our back yard and every year when the berrys came in my father would always pick a few of the first ones and bring them in and hand me a fist full of them.I am a bit young for children at the moment but when I do have some I hope I can be as good a father as you obviously are.

Thansk bro. I feel like as a girl she needs a strong male role in her life or she will fall for chumps. One of the reasons I am as driven as I am. I think it is our responsability to show them what is normal so to speak and everything outsode of that will be thought as abnormal.

I heard TD Jakes say one time that his daughter would never be slapped by a man and be convinced that is is ok or normal or that she deserved it because of the way he leades his life in front of her. That has never left me. I think it helps that I was 33 when I had my only child.

This is absolutly true man.A few of the women I know had bad relationships with their fathers and it messed up their heads.And speaking about hitting women, a woman I know saw her father hit her mother a few times and now she has a child with a douch who gets drunk and beats her.She doesn't even believe she deserves better,it kills me to see it but I can't help her without being accused of attempting to break them up(she is an ex).Anyway credit where credit is due man.You are doing a great job.You should be proud.
