Well in the sense that I will not be posting KNOW IT ALL kinda posts and thinking I am this or that... when in reality.. I should be more focused on the learning aspect of it all instead of thinking I already know what i DONT know and using the unknowing knowledge that I should have if I knew it from just doing the whole learning process.

but just sent you another PM, I say still log your workouts and log your diet daily, not this is what I am going to eat, log what you actually eat as this can change from day to day. But keep it simple

Basically I handed Deuce his butt on a platter in his pic thread, he PMed me, I then continued to it hand to him and at first he didn't like it but I was able to show him the reality of the situation in which he was smart enough and had an epiphany to slow up and do what he is doing now.

Learning more and accomplishing his goals instead of telling us how much of a BA he is going to start learning to be more of a BA.

I think the threads that turn out the best are ones that are updated everyday, includes pictures, and has detailed info on the person's diet/training. (Weight of food, macros, what exercises, how much weight, what the increase has been, reps, sets, etc...)

Ok fair enough WAR i can do that, so Pics should be updated weekly?? Obviously not daily... and should I start a whole new thread or use the existing thread that has my starting PICTURES in it.. or start a new thread and just re-add the before pics in the first post therefore there can be a beginning an eventually an end... and just run the thread concurrent for the cycle...??

I feel like I have been put into my place like SERIOUSMASS... no offense to you man....
