Jason whats up, I got a few things to ask u about the surgery you had done.


Frist how long did did it take u to get back to working out. I read it takes 4-6 weeks. The doc I went to see said four.

Second how long where u in the hospital. I was told I have to stay a night.

Thrid how much pain where u in after the surgery and how long did it take and where u on any MEDS.

Also did u have to walk leaning over and did u need to walk with a kane or anything like that.

********well i had the op in september and i think it was at least dec, but possibly it may be sooner for some cases I would say at least 10 weeks before u will think about risking training you feel so tender after wards and would not want to put any pressure on ur stomach for sure. I had some complications, see third answer

********** I had to stay over 2 nights I think, then I went to stay with my mum for 2 weeks as i was a bit fucked up

***********I was in ALOT of pain, seriously bro they stitched up a nerve or something everytime i tried to move i was screaming it was a bit mad to be honest. I dont think this is normal, not trying to scare you just tell you how it was.

********I leant over when walking for about a week or so maybe 8 or 9 days, it wasnt fun but i didnt need a cain, stairs were weird and other normal stuff comes to be a bit difficult
