Count me in.
Well I've been out of the game for a while. Just have been strength training using body weight (yes there's still variants to do to keep under 5 reps). But now that I'm finally working again I'm going to get a membership back but even more importantly I will be getting a correct diet going as even though I like prior results my diet has been restrictive for sure. Just figured I'd make this thread as a declaration to myself. As I know I can achieve anything I put my mind to with persistence being the key! The long haul is what I'm in it for! Right now I'm working graves so I'm figuring I'll get off, train, come home, eat, then sleep.

Going to the gym early is great. Very flew people lift. 90% are housewives and people doing cardio so all the free weights and machines are wide open.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
