Keep an eye on it..its normal. Chill the fuk out! It should start to get better within a day or 2..if symptoms get worse go to a doc.

What and how much did you inject and where???

I'm battling this too in my delt, first time. What I did was take a sharpie and outline it to see if the area increases in size. Yes it is red and yes it is warm but if it's not spreading it's safe ot say it's more of an irritation or adverse reaction than an infection. Is this 100% of the case, no but it helps gauge the severity. The injection itself was painful, like my delt didn't want to take the oil so this whole occurence hasn't worried me too much. If it gets bigger than the original outline I'll grab some antibiotics.

So, just keep an eye on it!
