    hey everyone...

    Ive missed you all, I was in a rehab to get off xanax and im 30 days sober im fxcking fat and I need to lose weight. Thats the bad news, the good news is I love to lift.

    You ever notice that everyone who lifts is a wierdo they just hide it well? Alkie here reporting in lol. Throw yourself into lifting I cant tell you how many times I have skipped drinking for no other reason than I didn't want to miss my workout. Also go to meetings.

    Congrats on being sober,

    I never knew you could get addicted to xanax. When ever I take them I just pass out. No idea how you could take them recreationally. Keep up with the meeting bro its gets easier the longer you've been clean

    Thanks and xanax, valium, ativan withdrawls can be really bad you can have a seizure from withdrawls

    Only thing I ever been addicted to is sex...everyone needs one vice don't they???

    Congrats on sobriety..I am so amazed at some of the guys and there success here. There could be a back room AA/NA in this board
