Back home from a most.excellent massage. She worked over hammies, stripped glutes, worked entire back, traps, neck, and really dug down deep into anteriors and biceps.
Made another appointment for the same in 6 weeks.
Grabbing a quick bite of supper and then off.to bed for a bit. Haven't been to bed yet and have be back at work @ 2 a.m. :(
Super set arms today. Usual shit. Thought i had a good pump until i measured lol . Nope. Barely ate anything today just didnt feel right. Going to go to the Japanese steakhouse and eat up. Had a shake and some glutamine earlier. I need the calories. Thats about it, looking forward to two days off.

single arm cable pushdowns
2 warm up sets - higher end reps
1 working set to failure plus 2 forced
DB vertical French press
2 feel sets
1 working set - to failure
seated dip machine
2 working sets to failure
db kickback
2 working sets to failure higher end reps range
Biceps
single arm cable curls
2 warm up sets
1 working set plus 2 drops -all to failure
incline db curls
1 feel set
2 working set - didn't judge working set right so did 2 working- last one added 1 drop
bent over hanging curls
2 working sets to failure -slow tensing and using the negative as much as possible.
Abandoned leg workout - just didn't have that spark when i was there, so I will do it tomorrow when I am fully fuelled and 100% ready for a full blown leg session

Got my training in today. Worked back but have a terrible headache. Hitting the road for my daughters sports
This thing sucks prox. Weeks I am completely fine. And then bam can't walk and swollen as hell. This is the most painful it has been by far. Past 5 or 6 days I've been at a pain level of at least 5 consistently throughout the entire day with moments of 6 or 7.
My wife saw a highly regarded ortho before her surgery. So I made an apt with him on Wednesday. Hoping he has another solution. If not. I'm gonna have to kill.myself and move my house all at once and then just do the surgery and deal with it.
Gonna be hard. Baby, dogs, wife surgery, and work. But can't live like this anymore. (And I hate doctors....biggest white coat syndrome here)
I was thinking the exact same thing, Sfla - even though My bis were blasted I felt I needed to try anyway lol
I think if I start with them I could do maybe 2plates and a 1/4 I'll see next time I'll start with preachers - with the Bells I can start my working set at 50s then drop(5lbs each drop depending on reps as well)
