Low cable curls: ws, rp, drop, rp, drop, rp
Reverse curls: 2ws
Reverse wrist curls: 3 x 15
Single arm preacher curls: positives to fail, assisted positives to fail, assisted negatives to fail.
15 minutes obliques & abs
20 minutes elliptical
