Rest day today, weight is at 271 and I felt I ate a lot yesterday, still shedding water I guess. I look dryer and more detailed, so I will take it and start to add more food to the diet. The lump on the right side seems to be going down, but the left is still big and a tad sensitive, I hit it with the 100lb bell on flat press yesterday, then hit it again at work. The fuker is so big it is getting in the way just like a tit would, lol. Still doing the stane 12.5mg every 8 hours, but backed the nolva off to 20mg at bed. Should I keep it at 20 morning, 20 evening, or just run with the 20 evening now? Not sure what impact high dose nolva over long periods has, or if it is even effective, thoughts?
