Lift felt really good. Now that I have some of these house projects out of the way, I'm not in as much of a craptacular mood as I have been. Still got loads to do, but I can break it up into an hours work here and an hour there. :) Mentally, I feel that I'm ready to drop back to the heavy duty lifts. ;)
