So, now that im working with the Strongman... The one gym that we both worked at says we are scaring other members(and are meatheads) wtf... Needless to say we're lifting first then cleaning out house since it's all his equipment(platforms/DBs/Squat racks/everything/all the bars(SSB/Swiss/axle/etc)... They won't have anything to use!! Lol
They're acting like high schoolers and this guy has given Soo much passion and energy to thst gym - needless to say im moving on with him! They bad mouthed us both after praises two wks ago?!?!
So I'll be lifting at 8am then all the equipment is getting tore down! Im already at his new gym as a trainer! We were trying to stay at both places but not looking up... Sorry for the rant just thought it was a shitty way of doing things on the 'studios' part!

Stepped on the scale and I am 255lbs been off cycle for close to 2 yrs, not bad for a fuking old cvnt like me. These younger guys floating around 150lbs have no idea, its all in the eating and training and one more secret and its not gear. Neck feel better took a relaxer which is sending me crazy lol
I took a half relaxer myself and its almost time for me to crash. You've had a hellacious leg session, your neck is easing off, and a relaxer. Ought to make for a nice laid back Sunday. Enjoy it. :)
Edit: Just made a run to get some ethanol free gas for the lawnmowers, etc. Spring is definitely here. Turkeys running around everywhere this morning. One flew out low across the road and almost became a part of my windshield. :(
It's wild turkey season here and they're on the move. They occasionally get startled and can fly for short distances. This one flew out in front of my truck.
LOL, you know us rednecks. If we run over it/hit it with our trucks, we take it home, dress it, and call it dinner. ;)

Hangin w the kids all day today. Calves are finally not sore. Arms and very tender. Chest is in DOMS mode.
Oh and Nach, I weigh 15lbs more than you, but you look like you have 15lbs on me! You are seriously solid as hell, and you will undoubtedly continue down that path.
I need to lean out a bit, and I know I've said it before but I'm just going to continue to walk after the kids go to bed and drop 5-10. I'll continue to eat big though, just want to drop water and shrink down some fat.

My shoulder hurt real bad today, couldn't do chest at all. Had a good shoulder work out and lats. Cardio and abs

Off to hit shoulders, might throw in a set of back if I can manage, seems to help with some of the front delt pain if I get a pull movement in after the push movements. That and rear delt flies work wonders.

Great shoulder session, I was rather dried out this morning despite drinking water like it was my job, but I kept gettin down, got a good ache goin in the outer delt. Threw in cable pull downs to wrap up, then a 5 min plank.
Felt good today. Happy Sunday fellas!

Incline flys S/S'd w/incline stabilization bar presses(the pegs are way lower than where you press with it?)
4 x 20/15 respectively - failing on at least 2 sets of each - 3-1-3 tempo
DBs(bringing them in - fists facing and exploding up bells always touching)S/S'd with flys for(90sec)
4 x 20/90sec both failing and partials were in order
Tension band flys(90sec) S/S'd with lying wide DB floor presses(elbows wide and touching floor from dead stop then pressing/& DB behind head press
4x 90sec/30 or failure then finish w/forced into negs/25 or failure - tri set
Lit my chest up... Weights done in 45min then we took all his equipment(which was all the other gym had lol) and packed up shop ;) best move I made for myself and with my trainer! Very happy with this set up going on!
