Piana is an idiot. Him and his coach ric are both stuck in the 70's.

Suppression happens on-cycle. It does not magically appear post cycle. hCG is your seatbelt. Blasting is like wearing a seatbelt after you get in a wreck. Does not make any sense.

hCG is suppressive. Meaning LH is mimicked in your system, which causes natural LH secretion by the pituitary to slow/halt production. You are trying to recover your natural LH post cycle, not suppress it further. This is where your PCT comes into play.

"Taking hCG while on cycle is to maintain testicular function... It has nothing to do with Test levels... I'd advise anyone to not listen to this bullshit of 'listen to your brain' LMFAO.... The only reason I'm commenting is because the hCG advise is terrible, rich is wrong on this one.... Do your own research before listening to this guy.... Research LH and FSH levels for TRT patients while not on HCG..."

Taken from a comment left under the video. Also many people are agreeing with the use of hcg during cycle. Glad I have this forum as a tool for knowledge.

If you were to run a 12 week cycle would it be ok if you started the HCG on week 3? Just wondering because my hcg comes as 5000iu so I would be able to do 250iu 2x a week for 10 weeks. So beginning of week 3 up until the end of the cycle would be ok?

Yeah that's fine. I prefer to run it the entire cycle, but 2 weeks in is just fine.

I don't have a way of quantifying how many TRT patients are on hCG . I know that patients of all the leading endocrinologists are using hCG. And I can tell you that a doctor that does not prescribe hCG for a TRT patient in doing them a disservice.

If you were on trt and you didn't wont kids there would be no need for the hcg ? Correct? If one wanted a small sack?

Ice cream = Mega Dose Slin Shot.....Training biceps 3 times a week, I might honestly actually believe that for him being an idiot...

I also watched a very confusing video of theirs where they were trying to say Rich doesn't use synthol but then he admitted it...Then Ric was like see, he doesn't use...I was like WHAT THE HELL DID I JUST WATCH? I was beyond confused...

I was like....So you made a video about how you use synthol....But you don't? (Mind Blown)

    Well,

Prevention of testicular atrophy. Balances hormonal fluctuation. Promotes production for DHEA, cortisol, pregnenolone, etc...

Good for the brain, so sperm quality is not its sole purpose.

I'm just learning here so be kind. My understanding of using hcg the whole cycle is to trick the body into producing test so that after the cycle recovery is quicker.
If we are injecting test into our bodies and our natural test is being shut down regardless why not just try to restart it near the end of the cycle. Dose 12 weeks of hcg really make a difference than four weeks near the end or up to pct. are there any studies showing the advantage of running hcg all the way through to just restarting it at the end. Thanks.
I know what some might say why not keep it working the whole time. I guess I don't know the point? Like I said just learning. Thanks

I guess I still don't see the advantage of running it all cycle. What are the physical advantages to running it all cycle. I know in pct you are trying to bring your natural levels back up. What dose it do for you during a cycle to have test from hcg when we are putting test in our body's anyway. No way am I disagreeing just learning.

Ok. I had a request in the HPTA thread so I'll be posting an article today outlining everything. So just look for it. It will be posted in the database sticky...
