how much do you guys chew?

Started using grizzly winter green about a year ago. I have been up and down with the amount I use... Sometimes a tin will last me a week sometimes it will last me two... But recently I have found myself using it a little more... Maybe 3x a day and my jaw and teeth feel a little sore.. anyone ever have this happen? I feel like my use is moderate at best and yes, I know there is no "safe" amount

I only chew when on road trips in the states because its like 2 dollars a tin. Lol. Its close to 15 dollars a tin here in Canada.

Chewed a can a day till Monday. Quit cold turkey, and started a keto diet all on the same day. I wish I knew what the hell I was thinking. Its been a tortuous week.

chewed a tin per day for a couple years.. saw some mouth cancer pics and quit immediately.. its been a year.. i suggest google these images.

I used to, but I quit last year. Mouth started hurting a lil and I got kinda paranoid lol

No girl wants to kiss a guy who chews. It's not attractive or trendy in any way, stinks, causes gum cancer (kills worms) and is habit forming.

Terrible habit but it's the one that got me. Started at 17 (35 now) can a day Red Seal...off-brand Cope. Cheaper than Cope and comes with more. Fine cut, no flavor added.

OP your teeth hurt because you're using flavored dip and it's like sucking on tobacco flavored peppermints all day. Your jaw hurts because the stuff is bad for you.

Terrible habit. Mine really got out of hand during contest diets. I used it as a crutch. Plus I actually enjoy it, which makes it really hard to stop, and I've seen the pictures. One thing I have going for me is all the men in my family (most) have been chewers of some type. I come from a long line of tobacco farmers. No one has yet to lose the side of their face or died of any type of cancer. My great grand father chewed homemade twist till the day he died at 89. Talk about putting a man's chew in your mouth. I never could take it. My grandfather, 90 and still kicking but no longer chews. Smoked too until he was 58 or 59. Anyway, I don't know if I'll be as lucky and I really do need to stop. Even if I'm lucky, it's a nasty habit and a giant and I do mean GIANT waste of money. 1 can of Red Seal per day, 30 days a month cost me $150 a month. And sometimes (a day or two a wk) I'm at 1.5 cans a day. I don't dip more often but the size of the dip has gotten larger.

See a lot of you guys are using or were using a tin a day... a tin of grizzly wintergreen will last me a week... sometimes two. Like I said I know there is no "safe" amount but I dont use it at a dangerous level.
