    Looking good buddy. Just a suggestion, and maybe youre not into the hairless look but youre lean enough. I'd lose the body hair.

    I'm still striving to hit 200 but I want to have a waste line with definition

    Awesome to hear your prepping for a mud run. They are the best I never finish in the top of the pack but when I haul this body from the mud the looks I get make it all worth while
