    should you need one of your testies removed
    Would you get a prosthetic or leave it be?

    I was going to say leave it but as long as they have to go in there to take one out they might as well put one back if there is not chance it will cause any complications.

    id say it all depends on what your girl likes. if she's big into your balls then prosthetic. if she completely ignores them (too bad for you) then no need for a prosthetic.

    I use to have a Spermatocele and it was the same size as the other two. The 2nd wife use to say she could always identify my body if something happened to my by me having 3 balls. lol

    3 is better than none, except it felt like someone kicked me in the nuts about 2-3x a month and would last 2-3 days so finally I had it removed.

    Yeah it was not much fun. I put up with it for about a year before even seeing a doctor. I had a vasectomy at the same time. Retrospect I should have waited.

    If I was having one removed I would really consider having a square one put in. Yes really.
