    Long Time Everyone

    I fell off the map for a little bit, guess life got in the way. Met a girl and put the gym on back burner. Packed on a whopping 40 pounds! Haha. It's been a s$!t last few months and decided it's time to to back to what I love. Been steady back in the gym for about 3 weeks now. Luckily for me the only gym in a 45 miles radius is anytime fitness. I want to cry everytime I walk in their door. Well anyways, just saying hello to everyone. Hope y'all are having a great day.

    What's up fellas. Haha yes they are. She's been going with me, I help her once I'm through with my routine and she's pretty good at not getting in my way. She knows it's business when I'm lifting. Lost a bit of strength but not as much as I thought. Hoping within 6 months I'll be back to how I looked when we started dating.
