Back is so sore today I took a day off from chest and bi's. Back is spent and so are bi's from back day yesterday. I feel kind of bad because I took a day off. I have a hard time with just getting back in the gym because I want to start where I left off. I'm very impressed with the weight I'm lifting but just upset that I need these extra rest days. I feel like I'm doing myself a disservice. I don't know, just frustrated. Thanks for reading!

Had a killer chest and bi workout today. I managed to stay on the clock at work to sneak in an hour session! Workout felt awesome.

Evening guys. Still been feeling a little off. Trying to workout out but not even getting half way through. Plus we're getting ready to leave for vaca Friday around lunchtime. Going on a cruise so lots to get ready for. Hopefully things will be dialed back in when I get back. Won't have cell service on the ship so will not be around for about a week. Catch up with you all in about a week!

Shoulder and Triceps today. Feeling a little weak from chest yesterday. Wanted to take a rest day due to shoulders getting indirectly hit yesterday. But overall a very good workout.

Whats up fella's! Man Ive been working so hard, Im at the point where I have to figure something out, I cant keep doing this. Ive been putting some thought into and Im looking into some new types of jobs that are less physical and mentally taxing. Im going to start praying about it so hopefully God has something better planned for me while on earth, I very rarely pray for myself besides for health and forgiveness of my sins. Im just not happy and its now affecting my life. Im trying to get back training hard, 100%, thats what keeps me happy.
